So I haven't cooked for like two months. Food has been a sore spot. I finally decided to hit the frozen food section and let the girls pick out all the Healthy Choice and Lean Cuisine meals they wanted. Fortunately, Rich eats more than well everyday so I don't have to worry about him. When I nuked the pot roast and green beans with trader joes sweet potato fries Lucia was pleasantly surprised. I called her to dinner and she said "Mom this is a lovely meal you've prepared." I thought man these guys are sure easy to please. One day I may do the real deal.

I know that feeling!!! It's the worst...good for you for even going to the grocery store...that's a fete in and of itself! Hope you come out of it soon!!!
